You’ll also serve as a technical advisor to clinical and administrative staff on safe equipment usage and help evaluate new device acquisitions.This role involves extensive U.S. travel, offers significant professional growth, and provides a front-row seat to the evolving world of biomedical technology.ResponsibilitiesTechnical Service Perform performance assurance (PA) inspections, scheduled maintenance, electrical safety inspections (ESI), and operation verification procedures (OVP) on highly complex and intricate biomedical equipment and systemsRepair, install, and calibrate highly complex and intricate biomedical equipment and systemsInform supervisors of the status of repairs, scheduled inspections, unusual equipment situations, and any customer concernsWork with, direct, and document the activities of subcontractors, vendors, and outside service technicians to ensure proper service deliveryMaintain biomedical expertise through ongoing training and educationLead Service Operations Special Projects as assigned.
