Job Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and overall vacation goals.
- Research and book flights, hotels, resorts, cruises, rental cars, excursions, and travel packages.
- Create customized travel itineraries for personal, family, group, and business travel.
- Provide clients with travel recommendations based on destination knowledge, promotions, and seasonal travel trends.
- Assist clients with passport, visa, travel insurance, and documentation requirements when needed.
- Maintain communication with clients before, during, and after travel to ensure a smooth experience.
- Resolve travel issues such as cancellations, itinerary changes, or booking concerns in a timely manner.
- Build relationships with hotels, resorts, cruise lines, and travel vendors to secure competitive pricing and exclusive offers.
- Promote travel packages and specials through social media, networking, and client outreach.
- Maintain accurate booking records, payment information, and client travel preferences.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, customer service, or sales preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines while staying organized.
- Comfortable using booking platforms, email systems, and travel software.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
