Requirements and responsibilities

🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support projects.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business needs.Assist in solution design, testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Configure and manage workflows/approval rules within Oracle Fusion HCM.Perform VBCS customizations and personalizations to enhance user experience and business processes.Support post-go-live activities and continuous process improvements.🔹 Required Skills & Experience3–5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.Experience in two or more of the following modules: Compensation & Benefits; Oracle Time & Labor (OTL); Absence Management; Payroll; HR Help Desk (HRHD); Learning; Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC); Talent Management.End-to-end experience in 2–3 Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects.Hands-on expertise in configuring and supporting at least one Oracle Fusion HCM module.Strong understanding of HCM business processes and Oracle Fusion best practices.Experience working with workflows, approvals, and business process configurations.Ability to work on VBCS customizations and personalizations.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.⭐ Good to HaveExperience with Oracle AI Agent capabilities.Exposure to Oracle Redwood Migration projects.Knowledge of Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).📩 Interested?
