As a Sr BDR at HTB, your primary focus will involve conducting extensive market research to discover new potential business clients and initiating contact with them. The remaining time will be dedicated to qualifying leads through calls and collaborating with the sales team to develop effective BDR campaigns encompassing messages, calls, and emails.This role is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime. The expected schedule for this role is Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week. Additional hours must be approved in advance.
