Role Overview: - We are looking for motivated Freelance Recruiters who want to collaborate with us remotely and earn commissions for every successful hire. - As a Freelance Recruiter at NexHire, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for international vacancies. - This is a fully remote and flexible opportunity, ideal for recruiters who already have experience sourcing talent across different platforms and markets. - This is not a fixed-salary position. Payment is made per successful candidate hired. Responsibilities: - Source candidates for international job openings across different countries. - Identify profiles that match the requirements of each vacancy. - Contact and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, social media, and other sourcing channels. - Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidate experience, language level, motivation, and availability. - Present qualified candidates to NexHire following the required submission format. - Maintain clear communication with the NexHire team during the recruitment process. - Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process when needed. Requirements: - Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, or HR. - Fluent English is required. - Strong communication and candidate engagement skills. - Ability to work independently and manage your own recruitment pipeline. - Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, or professional networks. - Knowledge of international recruitment markets is a plus. - Experience recruiting in markets such as Brazil, Colombia, Romania, UAE, Europe, LATAM, or other global regions is highly valued. - Ability to work remotely and on a commission-based model. Compensation: - This is a freelance commission-based role. - You will receive USD $200 for each candidate successfully hired. - There is no fixed monthly salary. Earnings depend on the number of candidates successfully hired through your recruitment work.
