About the roleArray Behavioral Care is the nation's leading virtual psychiatry and therapy practice, transforming access to quality, timely behavioral health care through innovative telepsychiatry solutions. The role is a 100% telepsychiatry position for a Psychiatrist with an active Illinois license. This position is part time (8 hours/week) and provides services remotely for patients accessing care from an Outpatient Clinic. Patient population is ages 5+.What you’ll doProvide a full range of psychiatric services to assigned patients, including assessment, evaluation, screening, diagnosis, and treatmentAnalyze and evaluate patient data and test findings to diagnose the nature and extent of behavioral health disorderDirect and/or implement psychotherapeutic treatments and prescribe medication to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disordersCollaborate with physicians, psychologists, social workers, psychiatric nurses, or other professionals to discuss treatment plans and progressExamine or order laboratory tests to provide information on general physical condition and mental disordersParticipate in treatment team activities, including development and periodic review of treatment plans, and take necessary steps when an individual refuses treatmentWhat we’re looking forClinicians must have an active state license1-3 years of experience since obtaining licenseIntermediate to advanced experience with technologyStrong communication skillsEstablished and updated CAQH profile strongly preferredPosition logistics100% remote positionRequired to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentialityYou may be required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses; Array will support the process and cover costs and/or reimburse out-of-pocket expensesCompensation and benefitsThe pay range for this role is $137 - $151 an hour (final offer determined based on skills, years of experience, education, capacity, licenses, and other job-related factors permitted by law)Regardless of hours worked per week: eligible to enroll in 401k, corporate wellness programs, and access Array’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Beginning at 24 hours per week: eligible for CME credits and FlexTime, usable for requested time offFull benefits eligibility begins at 30 hours per week, including medical, dental, and vision insurance for your family and employer paid life & long-term disability insurance; additional voluntary benefits include short-term disability, voluntary employee, spousal and child life insurance, accident, critical illness, hospital, or confinement insurance, plus FSA and HSA contributionsMedical liability coverage
