Junior Cloud Architect at Cinetix Group

• You will identify trends and prioritize support according to the requirements of the field. • You will own one or more product specializations, provide expert services including internal / external enablement, on-premises cloud migrations, custom demos, tests, POCs, pilots, Must-Win Opportunities support, contribution to webinars and more. • You will be an interface between product management, partners and regional sales teams (BDE / AM / Pre-Sales teams) within your area of expertise. • You will assist in product research, RFP responses, roadmap presentations, products and services within your area of expertise. • You will provide support and collaboration in technical answers, clarifications, calls and technical meetings with our prospects, clients and partners to present our implementation strategy, synergizing with Cinetix Cloud solutions. • You may be asked within your area of expertise to help with any situation. • You will work closely with internal teams to ensure success and customer satisfaction. • You will help clients define the strategy and roadmap of digital transformation processes aligned with their key business priorities and technology needs and the Cinetix portfolio of Cloud service offerings. • You will conceptualize the Cloud infrastructure, the operational support solution and the clear alignment with the Cinetix portfolio of offerings. • You will successfully manage multiple workflows on multiple commitments, meeting tight deadlines and changing priorities. • Some travel can be expected and required. • Remember that this role is dynamic, and can often evolve based on the priorities of corporate strategy and market demand.
