Responsibilities & more

• Analyze business problems to be solved with automated systems including designing web services, REST APIs, SOA, etc. • Create interface specification documents, data mapping document and Swagger documentation. • Develop the product backlog and participate in sprint planning and release planning activities. • Direct backlog grooming activities. • Review the sprint demo and provide acceptance. • Work with business users and other technical product owners to integrate features. Support the scrum team during the sprint to provide clarifications. Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirement. • Complete required analysis and deliverable documentation. • Train others on business process and system modeling tools including: Data Flow Diagrams, Process Models, ER diagrams, Dimensional Data Models, Context Models, Event Modeling, State Modeling, Process decomposition and Use Case Scenarios. • Define and document system level requirements to support projects and enhance the system. • Facilitate implementation of required changes to frontline system. • Support software releases and collaborate with IT and business teams to test, deploy and verify requested system changes. • May work at other undetermined client sites in the US and relocation may be required.
