Fulfillment Manager at Purple Carrot

• Responsible for on-time and accurate production of weekly boxes, by supporting on-site team with processes for inventory management • Manage and support remote team of 3-5 employees through shared tools, clear and constant communication, regular visits, and team meetings, promoting a positive team dynamic to encourage honest feedback and support new ideas • Work directly with on-site specialists and partner teams to maintain lean, organized storage of all Purple Carrot materials • Work actively with your team and cross functionally to identify and reconcile inventory discrepancies weekly • Collaborate with internal managers in Purchasing and Finance on weekly and monthly inventory reporting and reconciliations in QB and ERP • Support new product (testing and implementation) launches with partners from ideation to first ship and beyond • Communicate upcoming volume projections and ensure capacity at each facility, especially during busy seasons, holidays and product launches • Responsible for achieving weekly & monthly quality KPI’s by location, and work with manager Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to improve customer quality and help with partner efficiency • Support shipping partner relationship by communication weekly volumes, upcoming changes, and error rates
