Responsibilities

Overview: - CrossVue is seeking certified Workday Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking consultants based in the Philippines to support post-production clients through our PPS (Post-Production Services) team. - In this full-time role, you will work with clients to troubleshoot and optimize their time, leave, and payroll configurations while maintaining compliance and improving the employee experience. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver expert functional support in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking for live Workday clients. - Troubleshoot payroll processing issues, accrual errors, and time calculation discrepancies. - Monitor and support integrations, retro calculations, and period closes. - Collaborate with clients to implement process improvements and Workday best practices. - Support Workday releases and feature adoption in PATT modules. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and payroll reporting standards. - Manage configuration updates, testing, and documentation. - Partner with other functional teams (e.g., HCM, Finance) to address cross-functional impacts. Required Qualifications: - Active Workday certification in Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking. - 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience in at least one of the PATT modules. - Proven experience supporting clients in production environments. - Strong troubleshooting and configuration skills across Time Off plans, Time Entry, Payroll Inputs, and Calculations. - Effective communicator with the ability to manage multiple client tenants. - Fluent in English (written and verbal). - Resides in the Philippines and is available during U.S. business hours. Additional Notes: - No travel is expected for this engagement.
