This is a senior commercial role for someone who has operated at the highest levels of the entertainment industry and is ready to bring that network to bear on something genuinely new.This position is based in Los Angeles, CA.What You'll Do:Own Hollywood partnership revenue end-to-end - pipeline, negotiation, close, expansionBuild and manage executive relationships across studios, networks, streamers, and agenciesPosition Artlist as the preferred AI creative technology partner for HollywoodStructure and close enterprise licensing and commercial agreementsRepresent Artlist at the highest levels of the entertainment industryRequirements10+ years in senior BD, strategy, or partnerships at a major studio, streamer, or networkExecutive-level relationships across the studio system - you know the decision-makers, and they know youProven track record closing high-value deals: licensing, enterprise partnerships, strategic agreementsDeep fluency in Hollywood's business and production landscapeCredibility with both creative and business stakeholdersA Strong Plus:Experience in entertainment technology or AI-driven creative toolsEntrepreneurial background - a founder, early-stage operator, or someone who has built something from scratch inside a large organizationExisting relationships with agency leadership (CAA, WME, UTA)Former Head of Studio at a major entertainment companyIdeal Backgrounds:Senior executive in Business Development, Strategy, or Partnerships at a major studio, streaming platform, or production company.CompensationBase Salary: $160,000–$250,000 USD annually.
