We are recruiting for a Dispatcher for our Mobile Phlebotomy Services.FLSA: Full-Time | Non-Exempt | HourlyThe Mobile Phlebotomist will have to be efficient with time management, good communicator, above average working on a laptop/surface, and highly skilled phlebotomist to be successful drawing the geriatric population. This position works under the supervision of the Mobile Phlebotomy Manager.Responsibilities:Enter in your mileage and complete queues Act as liaison with client and dispatcherRespond to dispatch on questions about new orders and or about orders drawnMonitor throughout the day new assignmentsMonitor all your supplies to include expiration dates on tubes and reorder supplies as neededGood customer service skills with clients and patients at all timesMaintain daily records and logs per each facility Maintain Professionalism at all times Report on time per your shiftMaintain good communications with your supervisor Follow preanalytical processes such as patient ID and proper PPE as neededMost importantly be reliable team member Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma required2 + years' experience drawing in the field/healthcare setting (long-term care setting preferred)Compensation:Hourly compensation commensurate to experience.Background check, drug test, and MVR required.
