We are backed by a number of investors.About the roleReporting to the VP of Sales, the Associate Director of Advisor Sales will build, lead, and manage a team of Advisor Sales Executives responsible for driving retirement plan sales through financial advisors who partner with Human Interest. You will own the end-to-end sales process, forecast, distribution, and strategy for the advisor channel, and you will be measured on partner leads, bookings, and ultimately launched revenue.You're the right fit for this role if you are a passionate and agile leader who is forward-thinking, collaborative, inspirational, and want to disrupt a broken industry. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The total On Target Earnings (OTE) for the role described in this job posting is $220,000 - $230,000 which includes a base salary of $115,000 and a variable target compensation of $115,000.The salary we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the U.S., their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall total rewards package. Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonuses, commissions, and equity may be offered.
