This is a hands-on engineering role where you design, build, secure, and operate the cloud environment supporting mission-critical healthcare systems. With 7+ years in infrastructure or platform engineering and deep Azure experience, you bring both architectural thinking and practical execution - building automation, strengthening reliability, and keeping production systems secure in a regulated environment.
