Overview:SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a QA Engineer (ERP & Financial Systems).We are looking for an experienced QA professional who combines strong analytical thinking with a solid understanding of complex business domains. As our products are closely related to ERP, accounting, and financial processes, you will play a key role roving QA practices, and supporting reliable software releases.Although this role is focused primarily on manual testing, our team actively develops test automation using Vanessa Automation. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn new technologies, contribute to automation initiatives, and continuously improve both product quality and QA processes.Key responsibilities:Own the quality assurance process for assigned features throughout the development lifecycleDesign, execute comprehensive manual test scenarios based on business and technical requirementsAnalyze business requirements and identify missing, ambiguous, or high-risk scenarios before implementationIdentify, investigate, document, and verify software defects while supporting root cause analysisCollaborate closely with analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality product deliveryCoordinate release readiness from the QA perspective, including testing status, risk assessmentMaintain and continuously improve test documentation and QA knowledge baseContribute to improving QA processes, testing approaches, and automation initiatives within the team.Required Experience:2+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or Manual QA EngineerExperience testing ERP, accounting, financial, or other enterprise business applicationsGood understanding of accounting concepts, financial terminology, and business processesStrong analytical thinking and technical mindsetAbility to analyze complex business requirements and transform them into effective testing scenariosAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of testing activitiesEnglish level: Intermediate or higherRussian level: Close to nativeNice to have:Experience with 1C-based solutionsExperience with Jira, TestRail, Vanessa Automation, Visual Studio Code, Git, and AllureInterest in test automation and willingness to develop automation skillsExperience introducing new QA tools or improving QA processesCuriosity, continuous learning mindset, and willingness to explore new QA tools and technologiesKnowledge-sharing mindset and strong collaboration skills.Our Benefits:Private health insuranceSports benefitsComprehensive Mental Health ProgramFree English lessons (online)Local language coursesPaid time offMaternity leave supportReferral program rewardsUpskilling, internal workshops, and participation in professional conferences and corporate events
