Hiring: Appointment Setter, Technology & Cyber Security Recruitment Remote, South Africa based. European hours. €350-450 per month. We are a specialist technology recruitment business working across Belgium and wider Europe. We recruit in cyber security, cloud, software engineering and data, for tech vendors, MSSPs, systems integrators and regulated enterprises. We need someone to open the doors. The role: Around 20-30 outbound calls a day into technology and cyber security businesses, booking qualified meetings for our consultants with Talent Acquisition Leads, CISOs, Heads of Engineering and MDs. You are not closing deals or writing job specs. You are getting the meeting in the diary and logging it properly. The one thing we will not flex on: You have already worked inside technology recruitment. At least 1 year, ideally 2-3. You do not need to have been a consultant. Appointment setting, lead gen, resourcing or internal sales for a tech staffing business all count. You need to know how that world talks. Also needed: Real outbound calling experience at volume Clear, confident English and composure with senior people A quiet space, stable internet and a headset Based in South Africa, working European hours (roughly the same time zone, so no night shifts) Bonus if you have cyber security recruitment exposure specifically.
