Role Description * Are you a payroll expert ready to take international implementation projects to the next level? * In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of Italian payroll processes for an international client. * You will combine your in-depth knowledge of Zucchetti and Italian labor law with strong project management skills. * You will ensure that the implementation is carried out smoothly, accurately, and in compliance with regulations. * As an experienced Payroll Implementation Manager, you know how to engage stakeholders and translate complex payroll challenges into practical solutions. What You'll Do * Serve as the primary point of contact for the implementation of Italian payroll processes within Zucchetti Payroll. * Apply your expertise in Italian labor law and payroll regulations throughout the implementation process. * Ensure the project remains on schedule and compliant with all legal requirements. * Collaborate closely with international stakeholders and internal teams to deliver a successful implementation. * Navigate technical, legal, and organizational challenges with confidence and efficiency. * Bring structure, clarity, and oversight to a complex international project. Key Responsibilities * Lead the implementation of Italian payroll processes using Zucchetti Payroll Software. * Advise on and ensure compliance with Italian labor law and payroll regulations. * Coordinate with international stakeholders and internal teams regarding project progress and implementation strategy. * Identify project risks and bottlenecks and contribute to effective solutions. * Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the implementation project. * Act as the subject matter expert for complex questions related to Italian payroll and HR processes. Requirements * Senior-level experience as an Implementation Manager in payroll or HR implementation projects. * Extensive knowledge of Zucchetti Payroll Software. * Strong understanding of Italian labor law and payroll regulations. * Fluency in Italian. * Proven experience leading payroll or HR/payroll implementation projects. * Immediate availability is preferred. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders.
