Requirements and responsibilities

We are seeking Haitian Creole-speaking Legal Assistants / Intake Specialists to join our team supporting a U.S.-based personal injury law firm. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with U.S. Personal Injury (PI) Law and the ability to effectively communicate with Haitian Creole-speaking clients throughout the intake and case support process. Qualifications: - Fluent in Haitian Creole (spoken and written). - 1–3 years of experience working with U.S. Personal Injury (PI) Law. - Prior experience as a Legal Assistant, Intake Specialist, Case Assistant, or similar legal support role. - Familiarity with personal injury case processes, client intake, and legal documentation. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. - Ability to handle confidential client information professionally.
