This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives on building client relationships, developing new business, and placing top talent across a variety of industries. ### What You'll Do * Develop and manage client relationships. * Generate new business opportunities. * Source, recruit, and place qualified candidates. * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to successful placements. ### Compensation * Competitive commission-based compensation with generous earning potential. * **$500 guaranteed during your first 30 days** if you secure at least **two new clients**. * Opportunity to transition to a **base salary plus commission**, based on performance. * Performance bonuses and additional incentives available.
