We are seeking a high-caliber General Manager with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to lead the next phase of exponential growth for a profitable and scaling SaaS company. This is not a traditional corporate role. It is a hands-on executive opportunity working directly alongside the Founder & CEO, with significant autonomy, real business ownership, and a clear, performance-based path toward becoming CEO. Candidate Profile: - We value demonstrated impact over titles. - We are open to both experienced General Management executives and outstanding operators currently in roles such as VP of Product / Chief Product Officer (CPO), VP of Growth / Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) / CMO, COO / Head of Operations, who are ready to step into full business leadership. Eligible Regions: - We are currently accepting candidates based in Eastern Europe, South Africa, and Brazil. Key Responsibilities: - Business Growth: Scale recurring revenue (ARR/MRR) while ensuring long-term profitability. - Product-Led Growth (PLG): Optimize the full funnel across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. - Operational Excellence: Design scalable systems, automation, and performance dashboards. - Global Leadership: Lead, align, and inspire a fully remote, technical, multicultural team. - Financial Ownership: Progressively assume full P&L responsibility for the business. Requirements: - Proven track record scaling SaaS companies (B2B or B2C), ideally using PLG models. - Experience in startup or scale-up environments (early-stage to growth-stage transitions). - Deep understanding of SaaS metrics: ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, NRR. - Strong analytical mindset and customer-centric thinking. - Ability to collaborate closely with engineering and product teams. - High ownership mentality and hands-on execution style.
