Applicants must be fluent in English.Job Responsibilities - What You'll Do:You will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent. Your responsibilities will include:Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and overseeing offer negotiations.Source and screen candidates via resume evaluations, phone screenings, and virtual interviews to ensure the best fit for each role.Leverage social media and job boards to increase brand visibility and connect with qualified candidates.Qualifications - What You Bring:The ideal Contract Recruiter will have a strong background in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR.
