We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with hands-on credit repair experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working with credit-related information while communicating clearly in English. Responsibilities: - Enter, update, and maintain client information accurately in our systems. - Review and organize credit repair-related data and documentation. - Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and up to date. - Assist with updating client accounts and tracking credit repair progress. - Review documents for missing or incorrect information. - Perform regular data quality checks and correct discrepancies. - Communicate with internal teams regarding client information and account updates. - Handle sensitive client information with professionalism and confidentiality. - Perform other administrative and data entry tasks as needed. Requirements: - Previous experience in credit repair is required. - Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role. - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to follow processes and instructions carefully. - Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and online systems. - Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
