I'm hiring an Analyst to work directly with the team at Decile Capital as we scale our emerging manager investment strategy.This isn't a partner track dressed up as an analyst role.You're the operational spine of institutional venture capital fundraising, and the person we hire will see how the entire machine actually runs.Here's what you'll help with:Research LPs, family offices, and institutional allocators most people in venture have never heard of.Track pipelines and own LP follow-ups end to end.Support diligence workflows and prep materials that go in front of real money.Assist with dealflow intake and internal briefing notes.Keep the CRM tight and drive operational improvements that make the whole team move faster.I'm looking for someone with 0 to 3 years of professional experience who is organized, fast, and relentless about follow-through.
