The Role We're looking for a detail-oriented, English-speaking Virtual Assistant to support our clinical and administrative operations part-time. This role is a great fit for someone with a healthcare or medical administration background who is comfortable in a fast-paced telehealth environment. What You'll Do - Manage patient scheduling, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications through our EHR platform (Healthie). - Draft and send patient-facing communications, educational materials, and care coordination messages. - Assist with inbox management, document organization, and task tracking. - Support physician with lab result coordination, referral follow-ups, and prior authorization paperwork. - Help maintain and update internal SOPs and patient-facing documentation. - Assist with administrative tasks as the practice grows (onboarding materials, supply tracking, etc.). What We're Looking For - Fluent English (written and spoken), professional-level required. - Background in healthcare, medical administration, or a clinical field strongly preferred. - Familiarity with EHR platforms, medical terminology, and HIPAA standards. - Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal oversight. - Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home workspace. - Available during Eastern Time business hours (full or partial overlap required). Details - Part-time: 15 to 20 hours/week to start, with potential to grow. - Remote.
