Requirements and responsibilities

• Initial & Main Point of Conversation with the Entrepreneurs and Advisers, as well as a general COACH for them, giving them a great experience in our program. • Organize the execution of all the processes (events, advisory sessions, workshop sessions, evaluation sessions) • Keep track of all the processes and avances of the Start-ups • Gather information of the processes, activities as well as entrepreneurs and advisers • Responsible for the evaluation of new potential entrepreneurs and advisers, and partners, as well as their on-boarding. • as needed: improvement and design of the evaluation process and tools • Informed on Strategy and Administration • Informed on Goal, OKR, KPI and Budget Planning
