Red Cell is looking to hire an experienced contract (1099 independent consultant) proposal writer for its operations team to work with our Incubation companies in the health care and national security sectors. Responsibilities: - Work with team to respond to government request for proposals - Contribute to all aspects of the proposal development process, including kick-off meetings, strategies, storyboarding, writing, editing, design, concept visuals, and advanced graphics - Write proposals that are clear and compliant - Work with team SMEs to conceive, document, write, and articulate the company’s technology solutions against proposal requirements - Translate highly technical information in such a manner that is understood by broader audiences - Source and discover relevant opportunities
