Cold Caller – Business Development. Region: LATAM. Employment Type: Full‐time (40 hours). Salary: Depending on experience. About the Company: A boutique investment‑advisory firm specialising in private capital, real estate, mezzanine and debt placements, and corporate advisory services for institutional and private clients. We seek a dynamic, motivated Cold Caller to help fuel our business development function by generating leads, booking conversations, and supporting the sales funnel for high‑value transactions. Key Responsibilities: * Outbound cold calling to target companies, developers, and investors in real estate and capital markets. * Qualify leads, articulate the value proposition of the client's services, and schedule discovery or introductory meetings with the senior team. * Maintain and update CRM with call notes, prospect data, follow-ups, and outcomes. * Collaborate with the business development and senior transaction team to align messaging and campaign targets. * Achieve defined targets (calls per day, meetings scheduled, pipeline contribution) and refine approach based on feedback and analytics. Must‑Have Qualifications: * Prior experience (ideally 1‑3 years) in outbound sales or cold-calling in B2B, ideally in financial services, real estate, or capital markets. * Strong English verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking to C‑suite or executive prospects. * Self-motivated, resilient, persistent in follow-up, and able to work to targets. * Comfortable working remotely and aligned with U.S. business hours (Americas overlap). * Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and interest in financial services. Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications: * Understanding of real estate capital markets, debt/mezzanine structures, private equity, or institutional investing. * Experience working with international or cross-border prospecting. * Additional language skills or prior work in capital advisory contexts.
