Responsibilities

Title: Production Operators (II/III) / Sr. Operators. Location: Chantilly, VA (Onsite). Our client is expanding fast and hiring multiple skilled Production Operators with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Must-Have Experience: ✅ Operating, cleaning, setting up & dismantling tablet presses & encapsulation equipment. ✅ Experience in one or more: Compression, Granulation, Encapsulation, Wurster Coating, Coating, Fluid Bed Dryers, Bead Tower. ✅ OSD Manufacturing experience is mandatory. ✅ Knowledge of cGMP. ✅ Basic English communication (read/speak). Shifts (OT flexibility required): 🕓 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM. 🕛 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM. Interview Process: 1️⃣ Virtual (MS Teams). 2️⃣ On-Site visit. 🚨 Drug screen + background check after offer.
