Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a plan to delight clients and ensure a healthy long-term relationship - Oversee all maintenance and operations of the assigned region - Manage high-performing teams and ensure operational excellence - Effectively manage through multiple priorities and make high-quality decisions - Drive the annual plan to deliver high-quality results that exceed the client's expectations - Build and manage high-performing teams and execute staff succession and growth plans - Ensure effective planning, scheduling, and execution of all work and maintenance activities in the region - Oversee regional budgeting process, adherence, and reporting - Deliver account and client initiatives that drive efficiencies, process improvements, and service excellence - Assist in managing key supplier partners ensuring contractual scope adherence - Travel to and visit regional locations as needed
