We are looking for a highly capable SharePoint administrator to manage our SharePoint environment. You will be configuring our SharePoint platform, adding document libraries, and developing shared storage space and backup procedures. To ensure success as a SharePoint administrator, you should exhibit solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and the ability to create a positive experience for end-users. An outstanding SharePoint administrator will be someone whose expertise results in smooth integration and efficient online collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Over 6 -7 years of total experience in the analysis, design and development of software applications using Microsoft Technologies and SharePoint.
- Experience in SharePoint Migration.
- Expertise in SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), Power Virtual Agent, MOSS 2007, SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2013 & SharePoint 2019.
- Proficiency in handling SPFX, SharePoint Server Side Object Model, SharePoint Client-Side Object Model, Azure Function, Web Jobs, Configuring, Customizing Master Pages for SharePoint 2007, 2010 & 2013, Developing Page Layouts, Custom Web Parts, Timer Jobs, Content Types, Features, Event Receivers, Custom Workflows using Microsoft Workflow Manager 1.0, Administration and Deployment.
- Installing the SharePoint platform, integrating applications, and creating libraries.
- Adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions.
- Performing maintenance of the SharePoint platform, servers, and intranet.
- Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions.
- Providing SharePoint support and end-user training.
- Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss.
- Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data.
- Reviewing usage and activity reports and making adjustments to ensure optimized user-experiences.
- Maintaining network infrastructure, as well as managing encryption, security zones, and firewalls.
- Keeping up to date with SharePoint developments and performing version updates and upgrades.
- Worked on the architecting the solution for this proposed product for validating the feasibility of the solutions.

- Creation of Requirement Analysis Document & Technical Document.
- Custom Developments on SharePoint 2013 & SharePoint Online.
- Development of Nintex workflows.
- Development of Web Services, SSRS reports, SSIS package.
- Involved in Requirement gathering meetings with the client, capture all the requirements and documented.
