Responsibilities
Responsible of assessing, designing, agreeing, communicating and deploying Change control practices across all teams
Translates customer ITIL requirements into functional documentation based on ITSM tool capabilities and workflows.
Designs, coordinates and validates processes and procedure documentation.
Develops and aggress on special procedures to handle urgent changes approval
Ensures all relevant data sources are identified and gathered for process implementation.
Works with customer to assign CAB a ECAB members
Proposes and agrees on risk assessment model for changes
Defines, agrees and implements processes KPI and PIs for ITSM services and processes.
Works with ITSM tool teams for processes digitization to exploit the tool capabilities.
Supports metrics measurement implementation.
Training material creation.
Training ITIS Tools practices and procedures.
