Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with strong experience in Windows Server administration and Azure DevOps to join our growing team in India. The ideal candidate will play a key role in automating, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high availability and performance for mission-critical systems.Required Skills & Experience8 to 10 years of experience in DevOps engineering or a similar role.Strong expertise in Windows Server administration (2012/2016/2019/2022), including configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.Proficient in Azure DevOps – Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts.Hands-on experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, YAML).Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure – VM management, networking, storage, Azure Monitor, etc.Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.Familiarity with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, App InsightsUnderstanding of DevSecOps and implementing security controls in pipelines.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities in a remote work environment.AI DisclosureWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
