* Source and book carriers on DAT/Truckstop; negotiate, confirm, and dispatch loads. * Communicate with customers: provide clear ETAs, schedule shipping/receiving appointments, and manage exceptions and escalations. * Onboard carriers using RMIS/MyCarrierPackets, verify COI, perform Carrier411 checks, and validate factoring. * Track and trace shipments: conduct proactive check-calls and provide daily status updates in TMS. * Manage documents and ensure accuracy: issue rate confirmations, capture BOL/POD/lumper, and close loads cleanly and on time. * Maintain quality and compliance: follow SOPs, perform fraud checks, understand HOS basics, and protect the brand in every interaction. * Utilize tools including DAT, Truckstop, RMIS/MyCarrierPackets, Carrier411, Macropoint, and TMS (Turvo). * Demonstrate strong organization: maintain TMS with up-to-date timestamps, notes, and documents. * Take ownership: remain calm under pressure, apply a solution-first approach, and ensure precise follow-through.
