Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve card transaction variances during the daily settlement reconciliation process. • Reconcile each network/endpoints settlement received against the internal processing platform to ensure appropriate settlement is received and identify any settlement differences. • Research and resolve all out of balances conditions. • Reconcile and validate settlement received against settlement paid out to vendors. • Utilize daily match and kill process to identify exceptions requiring further handling. • Reconcile and verify rebates and cashback paid out to clients. • Research and process exceptions to appropriately settle exception adjustments to cardholders and terminals. • Prepare Daily Settlement Reconciliation (DSR) to be utilized in the Reconciliation of the Settlement Bank Account. • Review and ensure all approvals are obtained on the DSR recon. • Assist with other reconciliations as required. • Maintain open communications between internal and external stakeholders. • Assist other team members and perform other tasks within the department as required by management. • Drive change from a team member perspective with regard to the implementation of automated systems and the streamlining of existing processes. • Special projects as assigned.
