Requirements and responsibilities

• An empathetic & sagacious individual, you will provide HR consulting expertise to Contáctica's leaders regarding performance management, talent acquisition, employee training, and much more. • You will be responsible for developing & implementing new HR plans and strategies aligned with Contactica's business plans & objectives to maintain a high-morale, productive work environment. • A strategic and operational visionary, you will budget and allocate resources to reach the company's objectives. • You will develop & implement new programs for talent acquisition, compensation, employee training & development, safety & health, labor relations, employee retention, etc. • Constantly checking Contactica's pulse, you will evaluate any internal issues with a systematic and judicious approach designed to address root causes & resolve them. • Well-versed in all HR requirements & best practices, you will be in charge of developing & implementing HR policies to ensure the fair treatment of all Contácticos around the world. • You will be in charge of the office administration, ensuring that everything is running smoothly. • Sensitive to cultural differences, you will be handling an international team spanning various time zones. • You will implement and manage cultural integration programs to bring Contacticos from different countries together.
