Our Instagram generates daily inbound conversations—your job is to convert those into booked, attended calls for our sales team. The Role (DM Setting, Not Closing) You will: • Manage Instagram DMs (inbound + warm outreach) • Qualify leads using scripts/frameworks • Handle common objections in chat • Drive clear CTA → book a call on our calendar • Follow up with old leads and keep pipeline moving • Track performance and submit daily reports What a Great Day Looks Like • Fast response time in DMs • High message volume + clean organization • Strong qualification (not booking “junk calls”) • Consistent call bookings and attendance quality • Accurate CRM/Sheet updates Requirements • Proven experience in DM appointment setting (IG preferred) • Strong written English (clear, persuasive, natural tone) • Comfortable following scripts + iterating fast • Online business/coaching experience is a plus • Consistency + reliability (this role rewards daily output) Tools You’ll Use Instagram, Meta Business Suite, GoHighLevel (or similar CRM), Slack/Discord/WhatsApp, Loom, Google Sheets, ChatGPT.
