Requirements and responsibilities


Major Responsibilities:Own and meet/exceed sales targets within assigned territory and accountsDevelop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s client baseDefine, plan and implement sales strategies for new business opportunitiesConsult with clients to understand their business needs and objectivesCommunicate effectively the value proposition through proposals and presentationsBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing thought leadershipUnderstand market landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accountsSubmit weekly business summaries and goalsPrepare business case presentations for new opportunities in the marketPrepare RFIs, RFPs and RFQs and negotiate SLAsDevelop re-usable components and repository of case studies, proposals, customer testimonialsPerform competition mapping and competition analysisWork closely with the back-office sales team to generate new clientsSuch other duties/responsibilities as may be assigned to Employee from time to time by the Company and/or its officersMinimum Requirements (Include education, experience, special skills, and licenses or certifications required):Minimum 5 years’ experience in BPO Sales/Account ManagementConsultative selling experienceMBA preferred; Bachelors mandatoryBPO experience with Indian companies preferredExperience in selling into the healthcare market preferredEssential Functions:At ease with C-Level executivesExcellent communication/presentation skillsAbility to manage several projects simultaneouslyComfortable with working in a global and multi-cultural environmentCollaborative and team playerFlexibility and adaptabilityTravel Requirements/Time:Home office-based position with the ability to travel up to 70% of the time.Near a major airportSalary:$150k-$190k depending on experience + Commissions + Discretionary Annual IncreasesBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, 1st of the month following 30-days worked401k Match after 6-monthsPTO plus Paid HolidaysVolunteer Days Off, Tuition Reimbursement and Matching Gift Donations
