Duties and ResponsibilitiesWeb Product Ownership: Serve as the business strategist and product owner for the corporate website. Overseeing user experience, managing development resources, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive organic growth.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Lead the strategy for site architecture and conversion paths; implement A/B testing and personalization to maximize lead capture.Development Management: Manage external agencies or internal developer resources to ensure timely delivery of features, technical updates, and QA processes.SEO Leadership: Execute a holistic SEO strategy (technical, on-page, and off-page) to increase domain authority and organic traffic.UX Oversight: Champion the user journey, ensuring high-fidelity design implementation and intuitive navigation structures.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesBusiness Acumen: Ability to translate business requirements, for example, we need more enterprise leads, into technical web solutions.UX & Design Eye: Strong understanding of UX design principles, wireframing, and user-centric design methodology.Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills to manage backlogs, sprints, and vendor relationships.
