About The RoleWe're looking for a VP of Finance to lead the finance function at Jasper and serve as a strategic partner on the executive team. This is the senior-most finance role in the company, reporting directly to the CEO, and we need someone who shows up as a business leader first and a finance leader second.The right person for this role is strategy-heavy. You'll translate the CEO's vision into realistic financial and operating models, help chart the company's direction in a rapidly evolving AI market, and bring financial insight to every major decision. You'll also own the full finance function FP&A, accounting, and strategic finance but operational rigor at this level is expected, not the differentiator.
