We are hiring an Online Dutch-speaking Polish Language Teacher to provide customized online lessons to our clients.What We OfferYou will have an active and independent role as a language teacher. Once onboarded, you'll have access to the teachers' platform and receive offers. With the assistance of your Talent Success Coach, you can accept the classes that match your schedule and preferences. You have complete control over your lessons, and we don't require a minimum number of hours weekly or monthly.Position DetailsPosition Details - Individual class for an adult - Student wants to use Dutch as support languageAvailability: after 10am but before 4pm, on Tuesdays and Thursdays - PolandPreferred start date: ASAPLesson Frequency: 2x a weekLesson Duration: 1-1.5Student’s location/time zone: Warsaw PolandPreferred platform: AnyCurrent language level: BeginnerNative and other spoken languages: Dutch, EnglishStudent’s language needs and goals: daily activities, and integratingResponsibilitiesDelivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessonsDeveloping curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomesMonitoring students’ progress and guiding learners towards learning goalsCommunicating in an efficient, effective, and professional mannerQualificationsNative or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target languageTo have a degree or certification in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second language acquisition, or related fieldTo have a minimum of two years of experience teaching PolishAll Global LT instructor positions are freelance positions.
