Requirements and responsibilities


Engagement Lead/Customer Success Lead to own client relationships, drive strategy, and influence outcomes across the lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing customer success, overseeing MSAs & SOWs, mitigating risks, leading governance and strategic communications, and strengthening executive-level partnerships. 6–8 years in Software Services/IT (Sales or BD focus) required. Position supports Pune or remote work with US shift (6 PM–3 AM, Mon–Fri).
