Why this role exists: Our platform does a lot of the heavy lifting. But hiring does not close itself. This role exists to ensure that: - Processes move forward. - Clients stay aligned. - Candidates remain engaged. - Searches turn into hires. You will work side by side with Torre’s AI, using it to execute and optimize recruiting processes end-to-end. What you will do: Understand hiring needs: - Work with stakeholders and clients to understand role requirements. - Identify must-haves, trade-offs, and realistic candidate profiles. - Translate hiring needs into structured searches within Torre. Build and manage pipelines (powered by Torre): - Launch and manage searches using Torre’s platform. - Work with AI-ranked candidate pipelines. - Refine filters and criteria based on results. - Ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates. Screen and evaluate candidates: - Review candidate profiles beyond surface-level signals. - Conduct pre-screening conversations when needed. - Select and present candidates with clear reasoning. - Adjust evaluation criteria based on feedback. Drive the hiring process forward: - Coordinate next steps between candidates and clients. - Follow up consistently to avoid delays. - Push for timely feedback. - Identify and resolve bottlenecks proactively. Manage client relationships and process alignment: - Act as the main point of contact for clients during active searches. - Maintain consistent and proactive communication (not reactive). - Share structured updates, insights, and recommendations. - Manage expectations around timelines, candidate quality, and market realities. - Push for feedback and decisions when processes slow down. - Ensure clients stay engaged throughout the hiring process. - Take ownership of keeping the search aligned and moving forward. Improve outcomes using data and feedback: - Track patterns in candidate quality and feedback. - Continuously refine searches using Torre. - Identify what is working and what is not. - Contribute to improving AI + human recruiting workflows. What we are looking for: Core proficiencies: - Recruiting / Talent Acquisition: Proficient. Able to manage hiring processes end-to-end. - Candidate Evaluation: Proficient. Strong judgment beyond the résumé. - Process Ownership: Proficient. Moves processes forward without constant supervision. - Communication (English): B2+. Clear, structured, and proactive communication. - Attention to Detail: Proficient. Notices inconsistencies and small but critical signals. - Stakeholder Management: Proficient. Can work directly with clients and manage expectations. Nice to have: - Outbound Sourcing. Understands outbound strategies (even if not executed daily). - AI-assisted Recruiting. Comfortable working with AI-driven recruiting workflows. - Agency / Staffing Experience. Experience in fast-paced, multi-role environments. - Tech Roles Exposure.
