The Role:
As our Business Development Manager, you will own the full growth pipeline from building outbound strategy to managing and coaching a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). You will drive new revenue by identifying high-potential opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and partnering closely with our marketing and leadership teams.

What You Will Do:
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify, target, and cultivate relationships with prospective clients across diverse industries.
- Lead outbound and inbound sales strategies that generate high-quality leads.
- Conduct discovery calls, pitch presentations, and proposal walkthroughs with confidence.
- Own and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Manage, mentor, and scale a team of BDRs to consistently achieve pipeline goals.
- Set KPIs, track performance, and run weekly coaching sessions and pipeline reviews.
- Develop training programs, sales scripts, outreach frameworks, and playbooks.
Digital Marketing Expertise:
- Understand and effectively position services such as SEO, paid media, branding, content, CRO, and web development.
- Translate complex digital marketing offerings into clear value propositions tailored to each prospect.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing to optimize lead flow, campaigns, and messaging.
- Partner with Client Success and Creative teams to ensure smooth handoffs and successful onboarding.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for service innovation.
What We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing sales or business development (agency experience preferred).
- Proven leadership experience managing BDRs or Inside Sales teams.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and how they drive business outcomes.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas with a consultative, value-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to build systems, processes, and predictable pipelines.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
