Job PurposeManage and deliver high-voltage transmission and distribution (T&D) projects, including 110-400 kV substations and related infrastructure, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high quality execution, while maintaining strong coordination with teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation; Lead and manage all phases of T&D projects: design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning; Coordinate internal engineering teams and external subcontractors to ensure alignment with project specifications and technical standards; Supervise site activities to ensure execution meets safety, quality, and environmental regulations; Oversee procurement processes for equipment, materials, and services; Monitor project progress and prepare status reports and updates for senior management and clients; Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving blockers and delays; Ensure compliance with national and international standards relevant to T&D infrastructure (e.g., IEC, IEEE); Maintain clear and consistent communication with utility companies, partners, and regulatory bodies; Promote continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned and optimizing project delivery processes.Requirements Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy, or a related technical field; Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the power transmission and distribution sector; Proven experience with high-voltage substation (110-400 kV) projects; Strong understanding of T&D technologies, grid integration, and utility coordination; Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills; Ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel; Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera); Good command of English (spoken and written).
