We are a small US-based private investment fund specializing in acquiring non-performing loans from banks and other lenders. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team in a crucial business development role.
This is not a typical virtual assistant role. It is a challenging and rewarding position for a true "A-Player" who enjoys the thrill of the hunt and the art of building professional relationships.
The Opportunity
Your mission is to identify key decision-makers (Special Asset Managers, Credit Officers, Lending Officers, etc.) within US banks and non-bank lenders. These contacts are often not publicly listed, requiring advanced research skills. LinkedIn can be useful, but other detective-like methods are often necessary.
Once identified, you will initiate contact, build professional rapport, and nurture long-term relationships, following up regularly to determine if they have loans to sell to our fund. Success in this role will directly contribute to the growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct deep-dive research using Google, LinkedIn, and other tools to identify the people responsible for distressed assets at specified banks.
* Find and verify contact information, sometimes requiring educated guesses of email formats and testing them.
* Initiate professional outreach via outbound cold calls and highly personalized emails. Impeccable English verbal skills with minimal accent are required.
* Build and nurture long-term professional relationships.
* Meticulously track all activities, contacts, and conversations in the CRM system to ensure organized follow-up.
Ideal Candidate
* Natural "detective" who enjoys uncovering hard-to-find information and connecting the dots.
* Fearless and professional on the phone, confident when speaking with senior executives.
* Persuasive and charismatic relationship-builder.
* Driven and persistent, able to handle rejection as part of the process.
* Incredibly organized and detail-oriented, understanding the importance of tracking every detail.
* Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work independently.
Nice-to-Haves
* Proven experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or sales development.
* Experience in the finance, banking, or real estate industries.
* Familiarity with CRM software and LinkedIn.
Work Details & Compensation
* Position: Full-Time, long-term.
* Schedule: Flexible, requires some daily overlap with US business hours.
* Salary: $1000 - $1,800 USD per month, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on loans acquired.
* Benefits: 13th Month Pay provided.
Technical Requirements
* Fast, modern computer.
* Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
* Professional, noise-canceling headset.
* Quiet and professional workspace.
Thank you for your interest. We look forward to finding the right long-term partner for our team.
