Requirements and responsibilities


Join a U.S. construction and inspection services firm and lead business development initiatives with U.S. clients — fully remote from Colombia. We are seeking a Business Development / Sales Representative with experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or related technical services to support business development initiatives with U.S.-based clients. Responsibilities * Conduct a high volume of outbound phone calls daily to prospective clients * Introduce and sell the company’s construction and engineering services to new prospects * Qualify leads, gather key project and decision-maker information, and assess client needs * Schedule follow-up calls and meetings for senior sales leadership when appropriate * Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and follow-ups * Consistently meet or exceed call volume and sales activity targets * Represent the company professionally in all client communications Requirements * (1-3 years) Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or technical services (or similar). * OR hands-on experience in construction or engineering with a transition into commercial or business development roles. * Strong understanding of construction workflows, project lifecycles, or engineering services is highly valued. * Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (spoken and written). * Comfortable engaging with U.S.-based clients across time zones. * Highly organized, disciplined, and goal-oriented. Requirements: *Perfectly bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) *Proven experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or business development *Comfortable making a significant volume of daily phone calls *Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills *Ability to work independently in a remote environment *Reliable internet connection and access to a dedicated phone *Professional demeanour when engaging U.S.-based clients Ability to work remotely and independently in a performance-driven environment is a MUST.
