About the Role: Our client, a well-established and reputable Estate Agency, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service to landlords and tenants alike.Key Responsibilities:Register new applicants, understand their requirements, and match them to suitable rental properties in UK.Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective tenants in a professional and engaging manner.Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to secure successful lets.Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing regular feedback and advice.Liaise with referencing companies and assist in the tenancy application process.Ensure compliance with all lettings legislation and company policies.Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, canvassing, and referrals.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system.Achieve and exceed individual and branch targets (lettings, valuations, new instructions).Key Requirements:Previous experience in residential lettings (preferred but not essential).Strong negotiation and sales skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.A proactive and self-motivated attitude.Professional presentation and communication.Good knowledge of the local rental market (desirable).Benefits:Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission.Ongoing training and professional development.Career progression opportunities within a growing company.Supportive and dynamic team environment.
