About ZODLZODL (Zcash Open Development Lab) is building the software necessary to onboard billions of users to Zcash. Created by the original inventors and developers of the Zcash protocol, we deliver world-class UX for ZEC on top of our core protocol work.Our product suite includes Zodl mobile (iOS and Android) with built-in cross-chain swaps, and Zallet, a full-node Zcash wallet written in Rust, built as a replacement for the zcashd wallet. On the horizon: Zodl Vault (a desktop wallet for multisig, inheritance, and institutional use cases), web-based wallets, and headless/agentic wallet infrastructure.The RoleWe’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing execution across a wide range of tasks.This role is ideal for someone early in their career, who is organized, dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn.You’ll work directly with the Head of Marketing to execute content, manage workflows, coordinate assets, keep projects moving, and step in wherever support is needed.This is an execution-first role. Success depends on consistency, flexibility, strong follow-through, and the ability to stay on top of shifting priorities.What You'll DoSchedule and publish content across platformsHelp maintain content calendars and task trackers, track deadlines and deliverablesUpdate dashboards and internal documentationOrganize and update marketing assetsCoordinate internal and external communications, meetings, and eventsConduct lightweight research when neededAssist with one-off tasks that support daily operationsWhat We're Looking For2–4 years of marketing experienceStrong written communication skillsComfortable learning new tools quicklyPassion for privacy and cryptocurrencyInterest in analytics is a plusYou don’t need deep expertise, but you should be comfortable learning new toolsYou reliably complete tasks without remindersYou ask clear questions when instructions are unclearYou reduce friction and stay organized even when priorities shiftYou are coachable and willing to handle both small and large tasksHow This Role Fits into the OrgYou report directly to the Head of Marketing.
