The PIM is accountable for the customer program, works closely with Engineering, Product and Design (EPD) and the Customer Success Manager (CSM.)This is a high-visibility role at a company that moves fast and ships the insurance programs that real customers interact with every day. You'll work directly with some of the most innovative brands and carriers in insurance, serving as the person who makes launches happen. If you thrive at the intersection of client relationships, cross-functional coordination, and delivery execution — and you want to see your work go live in products that reach millions of people — this role was built for you.What you'll doOwn the overall program timeline end-to-end, coordinating with EPD and the Sprint Planner to keep delivery on trackGather and document partner requirements into clear deliverables that EPD can execute on; hand off solutioning when technical decisions ariseServe as the primary day-to-day partner contact during implementation projects that continue throughout the lifecycle of the partnershipTrack and communicate project health proactively — flag delays, blockers, and scope risks early and drive resolutionCraft clear, well-written deliverables including meeting agendas, minutes, and business reviews for internal and external stakeholdersMaintain a tight feedback loop with the assigned CSM and accurate records in Sure's CRM (Attio)What we're looking for5+ years in implementation, project management, or program delivery — ideally in fintech, insurtech, or a SaaS platform environmentStrong written and verbal communication; comfortable owning partner-facing calls and written recaps at an executive levelExperience managing concurrent projects in fast-moving, cross-functional environmentsAble to operate with influence across Engineering, Product, and Sales without direct authorityFamiliarity with Notion, Linear, or Attio a plusSure is currently hiring employees with residence in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MA, MI, NE, NJ, NM, NY, OR, PA, SC, TX, UT, WA
