GoHighLevel Specialist (GHL)Salary – Fully Remote Work From Home Role(JOB ID: GHLSRT2026)RoleOur client is looking for a GoHighLevel Specialist to support the CRM management, lead generation workflows, and client communication processes.In this role, you will be responsible for managing lead capture systems, organizing CRM pipelines, supporting client communication, and ensuring leads are properly tracked and followed up inside GoHighLevel. The ideal candidate is tech savvy, proactive, and comfortable handling administrative and technical tasks independently.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain GoHighLevel CRM systems and pipelinesSupport lead capturing and lead organization workflowsEnsure leads are properly tracked and updated inside the CRMAssist with administrative and technical tasks related to operations and marketing workflowsCollaborate with the team to improve systems and organization processesReceive and handle inbound phone calls professionallyCoordinate vendor communication and ongoing follow ups as neededUtilize Microsoft tools for communication and coordinationConduct research tasksRequirements:Familiarity with GoHighLevel in a professional environmentStrong English and Spanish communication skills (verbal and written)Strong independent problem solving skillsAbility to manage technical and administrative tasks with minimal supervisionOrganized and detail oriented mindsetNice to Have:Experience utilizing AI driven project management software and intelligent automation to optimize workflows and drive operational efficiencyProven ability to navigate direct client communications and manage frontline phone engagement effectivelyLocationRemoteAvailabilityFull-Time (40h per week)Must be available during U.S. PDT business hours (9am–5pm PDT)Compensation$7/hr – $10/hr, depending on qualifications and skillsets
